Delivery and postage…
I post once week on either a Monday or a Tuesday. Leading up to Christmas or Valentines Day I post 3 to 4 times a week with help. If you are buying last minute and need an urgent delivery, I will do my best to accommodate, please send me a message with purchase.
UK postage is special next day signed for delivery, with tracking and insurance, Small monetary items will be posted 1st class signed for recorded delivery. Please remember your signed for parcel requires a signature, in the event of it being returned to me unsigned you will have to pay extra postage to get it sent back out to you. I will always notify you when your item is being posted, along with your tracking number.
International Shipping is International signed for with insurance and tracking. Small monetary items will be posted normal international post; proof of postage is always obtained.
Please remember your international signed for parcel needs a signature, if you don’t sign for it, it will be sent back to me. You will then incur additional posting costs for me to be able to resend back out to you.
Some International items may require extra insurance, please ask.
We are not responsible for any other countries import taxes or customs fees; these remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
In the unlikely event of a parcel being lost in the post, I will have to wait the allotted time scale of the post office rules before we are able to complete a claims form. This can then take them weeks, months to investigate so you need to bear with us. I will keep you updated. Full monies can only be claimed for if parcel has appropriate insurance. As soon as I am reimbursed by the post office I will reimburse you less postage and handling. Sometimes the post office will decide not to reimburse the full value of an item. It has not happened in my experience, just to bring to your attention this could happen.
On a very rare occasion you might find the item you purchase just does not suit you, or your gift recipient. As an independent jewellery artist you will appreciate that each piece would have taken me hours or days to create, so I ask you to understand this, I want you to be happy with your purchase. I will offer you an alternative, or you may choose something, or you can have an open-ended credit note. I am also happy to design you something else for the same monetary value.
If you are returning an item I must be notified within 48 hours by email on receipt of delivery, and returns must be sent back within 7 days from the date of notification. Returns are sent back at your own expense. I am an independent jewellery artist and not a big retail store that hides your return costs in their original pricing. Please use a signed for tracking postal service, as I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. All items returned must be in an unworn used state and in original packaging with tags otherwise returns are not accepted. Earrings cannot be returned due to government legislation on health grounds.
Your purchase is carefully wrapped, in an unlikely event of your purchase being damaged in transit I will make a claim depending on what type of insurance you have. You may send your purchase back to me using a signed for tracking postal service and I will repair free of charge for you, and get it sent back out to you. You might incur some postal charges; I will try to keep this to a minimum.
Made to order, bespoke, or commission pieces are not subject to my returns policy, unless damaged in transit. I work with you on commission and bespoke pieces until you are happy. Please be aware there is normally a 2 to 5 week wait on commission pieces.
I do reserve the right to cancel a sale for any reason. I will make a reasonable effort to contact buyer before cancelling, all monies are refunded, and I reserve the right to re-list an item within 24 hours from the time of sale.
Anything you don’t understand please email or phone me, I am always happy to hear from you.
